The Founder's Journey

The story behind Natural Movements

Natural Movements was founded by Sydne Marrero, a certified holistic nutrition and health coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Personal Training Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, with an academic background in exercise science and integrative medicine.

Her path into this field was shaped by personal experience. After navigating autoimmune health challenges and feeling disconnected from her own body, she spent years studying how lifestyle factors influence healing and performance. That process transformed her understanding of health and revealed how empowering education can be when it is practical and personalized.

Alongside her certifications and academic training, she has worked with a diverse range of clients through health coaching, personal training, and group fitness coaching over the years. Daily interaction with people of different ages, backgrounds, and movement patterns continues to deepen her understanding of how bodies adapt, struggle, and recover.
Natural Movements grew from the desire to help others avoid feeling trapped by their health. Everyone deserves access to clear information and supportive systems that restore a sense of agency. The programs and resources offered today are designed to provide the structure she once searched for; a roadmap that helps people move from uncertainty toward confidence.
